I really love this dish, ever since I tried it back when I was a little girl. ๐Ÿ™‚ย 

A friend of mine was eating this last night while chatting with me and I asked him for the recipe and he gladly gave it to me so I told my godmother to buy me 2 stalks of kangkong in Divisoria. ๐Ÿ˜€ And voila! I made it as our afternoon snack! ๐Ÿ˜€

I don’t really like the taste of our mayonnaise here at home, it’s too sweet. I used it anyway and made a wasabi mayo dip, add a little bit of salt and pepper to balance the taste. It’s good though, for me. ๐Ÿ˜›

You can also use other dips such as sour cream and ranch, I was lazy to go down to the supermarket and buy one haha. So I’m stuck with the wasabi mayo! ๐Ÿ˜€
